REVIEW- Omega-3 Supreme 1400 mg Fish Oil Concentrate 180ct.

I recently received Omega-3 Supreme 1400 mg Fish Oil Concentrate 180ct from #lifefood through Tomoson. There are many benefits to using fish oil daily. Helps with depression, pain relief, weight loss, blood pressure, skin & complexion. That is why I consistently use fish oil. This particular brand comes in small 'easy-to-swallow' size which is great for those that have multiple daily vitamins and such they take, less of the horse pills the better. I would recommend this product to anyone!
